The ROTARY DRUM GRID is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request).
It is used for filtering industrial and civil water upstream of discharge or reuse to separate suspended material.
The rotating drum is passed through by the water 2 times. The first time from the outside to the inside where the separated material remains on the outside of the drum and is then removed by the scraper knife. The second time the water passes through the drum from the inside to the outside, carrying with it any particles that have become stuck in the spaces of the filter bars.
Depending on the passage clearance chosen, the separation can be pushed down to particles smaller than a millimetre.
The motor is driven by a worm gear motor.
The machine is equipped for internal washing (excluding the washing pump), ensuring the best possible cleaning of the drum.

The compacting element compactor is a robust hydraulic machine made entirely of AISI 304 steel.
It consists of a cylindrical body equipped with a loading hopper and slots for draining the leachate.
Inside is a compacting piston covered by a PVC jacket to improve sliding.
It compresses the material, with reciprocating motion, loaded into the hopper and pushes it towards the discharge conveyor.
The compression reduces the volume of up to 60% of the water content of the mass.
The machine is designed so that the hydraulic power pack is also located above the compacting body, thus considerably reducing space requirements.
The reciprocating motion is generated by a hydraulic valve mounted on a single hydraulic power unit of adequate power, which by sending hydraulic oil into a hydraulic cylinder moves the compacting piston compressing the mass.
A hopper placed under the compression jacket conveys the leachate to the slurry collection tank.
If the machine is supplied with an electric panel, a special device will in any case allow the compacting element to resume MAXIMUM ARRETRATION in order to improve the load from the material and avoid the possible "tunnel effect".

Consisting of a collection and settling tank and a press-folded trough with a profile to channel the sand towards the drain.
